the green ginger house aparthotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. you’re surrounded by busy pubs and eateries, perfect for a lively saturday night. we loved our superior king room and found the staff to be really accommodating.
it was quite noisy at night, so not ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet.

High-quality room furnishings, Proximity to unique dining experiences, Availability of public transport
The drainage issues create an unbearable odor in the reception area and rooms, significantly detracting from comfort!!! the lack of parking options may frustrate guests once they arrive!!!

Stylish decor complemented by a cold corridor made for an odd experience.

Couples looking for a special stay
The hotel had a lovely open spaced seating area that gave a great first impression, and I loved the drinking water tank right by the lift, little things like that make a difference. We experienced some fantastic meals on Humber Street, the Lion and Key was a solid pub with home cooked food that felt like a real treat.
It wasn’t cheap, but you know what. sometimes quality has its price.

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting Hergest Ridge and partying at some local bars. The location is awesome, right near everything. The stylish decor and spacious rooms made our stay even better. Late checkout was a nice touch! Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.
The only downside was the noise from the bar downstairs, especially in the bathroom. It was a bit distracting but didn't ruin our overall experience.

Felt home care, nothing too much trouble.

Clean and modern room.
The experience was uncomfortable from the start. The fire alarm went off at 12:50 am, ruining any chance of a restful night. The corridors were notably cold without proper heating, and I couldn't open the windows, as they were screwed shut. At a price of £120, I felt severely overcharged for the lack of comfort and amenities offered.

I really enjoyed my time at Green Ginger House Aparthotel. The rooms felt stylish and made me feel cozy. Quality toiletries added a nice touch. I loved the kitchenette, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring old town pubs and dining options nearby. I faced some confusion with the entry codes. The first room I entered had a bit of an unpleasant odor, but staff quickly moved me to a clean and fresh room. Parking wasn't convenient. I had to walk about 15 minutes due to road closures. Some hangers were lacking in the closet, and the shower could use better maintenance. it was a pleasant stay, but a few improvements would enhance the experience.

Stylish and Peaceful Stay!
I really loved my night here! The room was super comfy and stylish. Easy to access with door codes. I was surprised at how quiet it was. seriously, no noise from other guests! The only thing was I wished there was a bit more variety in the breakfast options. Great spot for a night in the city center.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a cozy night in a lovely Superior King Room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. a little more communication from staff would have been nice, as well as extra tea bags and milk. A pleasant stay overall with a few minor tweaks needed.

Staying at this place with my family was a delight! The play area for the kids was fantastic, and they loved exploring the nearby park. We even walked to Hergest Ridge for some family fun, which had beautiful trails perfect for little adventurers.
My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options.
